Kurt enjoys working with experienced purchasers, as well as first-time buyers, because he cares about making their dreams of home ownership come true. ‘lyn also works with first-time buyers and is especially adept at accurately pricing houses for a quick sale. Kurt is known as a “Marketer of Fine Properties” and keeps up-to-date with new technologies in order to better serve his clients. In his spare time, Kurt is active in his church choir, quartet singing, and is presently involved with volunteer work for several organizations, including Lancaster Bible College, Water Street Rescue Mission, and United Way. ‘lyn is an active member of the Lancaster County Board of Realtors and a Rotarian with Lancaster West Rotary.
