The community of Manheim Township is located in central Lancaster County, less than two hours west of Philadelphia and an hour north of Baltimore. As one of the fastest growing suburban townships in Lancaster County, this community is home to approximately 30,000 residents and is rapidly increasing. Manheim Township is a First Class Township in Lancaster County and occupies an approximate 23.4 square miles.

The developed areas of the community are mostly residential with single-family homes, condos, estate homes, and townhomes dominating that area’s housing market. Considerable industrial and commercial activity is nearby. Agriculture dominates the northern part of the township while industries providing employment to residents include manufacturing, education, health and social services, and retail trade.
